BAJAJ MAY LAUNCH A 250cc BIKE SOON

Bajaj may launch 250cc pulsar soon . As of now , pulsar from bajaj comes in 4 varied models ranging from 135 to 220cc , bajaj may add another fifth model to the kitty "PULSAR 250cc" but it is yet to be confirmed . The new pulsar have a power as the kawasaki ninja and will be almost half the price than that of ninja.

 However the details are not confirmed yet but the bike would consist of a 250cc , parallel twin , 4 valves per cylindrical liquid cooled engine . Bikes having similar specifications are expected to have a top speed of around 160kmph and capable of producing around 27 to 32 bhp power

The most important aspect of this bike would be its cost which is expected to be under 1.5lakhs .The bike would be equipped with all the features from the current pulsar 220 with a little bit of changes here and there along with some new additional features to the bike  . ENSURING THE PULSAR REMAINS THE FASTEST INDIAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BMW X1 TO BE LAUNCHED IN JANUARY 2011

BMW India will launch its X1 compact SUV by january 2011.The parts of BMW X1 will be imported and assembled in chennai plant in india. The price tag would be cheaper as compared to the others in league .BMW X1 is introducing rear wheel driven models, Whichmeans at the rear both the engines and drive wheels are placed ,X1 will be launched in 2 trim levels; highline and corporate edition . Unlike the fully loaded X1 highline , there will be no sunroof and CD changer ,only a single CD player will be available. Also the corporate edition will simple black trim and fabric seats instead of wood garnishing .Corporate edition will be considerably cheaper than highline edition.
The suave SUV will have a top speed of 200 km/hr powered with 1995, 2L diesel engine. The compact SUV is based on the 3 series saloon and will be shipped to india as a CKD unit and will be assembled at chennai plant whare the 3 series is built.With a wheel base of 2760mm and at 4454mm long.

THE BMW X1 1.8i CORPORATE EDITION WILL BE PRICED AT Rs 22.99Lakhs , WHILE THE 2L DIESEL HIGHLINE VARIANT WILL RETAIL AT 29Lakhs ( all price are ex-showroom )
